ebay

Ebay is a very good place to learn things. It is a good reserch tool. For example I bought a used apple powermac g5 dual 2 ghz computer. So far it is very nice. One must look at alot of listings to learn offered features and value. Mine had the correct model number but the wrong processer description. so I ended up with a 2003 (dual processer) vs 2005 (dual core). There was more than enough information in the listing but I failed to reconize it. Neither could run snow lepord and Im running lepord but the extra 8 gig of ram would have been nice. Using ebay listings I have learned a lot of company history and product offerings for numerous toppics such as my topper Johnny lightning collection. My computer is awsome and ny error has allowed me to find out about and buy the video card that will drive the dual 30 " displays for a very small amount. I found it listed for 139 to 700 (all used). I bought the $139.00 one. Im going to see if the sony handy cam I have will connect via firewire like the one I saw on Ebay listed for $209.00. Some guys are using them as their webcam using record without a tape installed. It also provides a way to download all the old family videos into the computer onto a more usefull and shareable media.

beach

Went to the beach today. It was awsome! One of the benifits of living here in Florida.  I enjoyed the sunset from the water. I stayed out there untill the water started to cool off.  If you enjoy sunsets and stars this place rocks. One couple (retired) watched the sunrise in Daytona and the sunset here in Crystal River.  We had dolfins, flying fish and of course lots of seagulls.

My little girl has sprouted again. She is an amazing reader. I need a new Japan anamie series for her to read. Any sugestions. It must be clean. We ave read fruitsbasket, Inuasha, and a few others that I cannot rember at this time. Probably going to work on my car tonight. I need to finish moving the tools around so I can get back to paint prep.
